Your spring - health day in April

Simon Wunderlich (Polarity therapist) will accompany us on a hike in search of spring and its rhythm. During the hike, we will take a short inner journey to encounter the spring awakening within us and its forces. In a further part, there will be a theory on the pulsation of life and its rhythms. There will also be a practical part that will accompany us throughout the hike. Let us surprise you.

Route

Dornach - Dorneck ruins - Schartenlue/Gempenturm - Ermitage - Dornach. The route is mostly on wide gravel paths. At the beginning there is a longer ascent to Gempen.

Take away

We will make a fire, so bring a picnic, rain protection and a good mood.
