The association

The contact centre is a non-profit association.

Purpose of the organisation in simple language

Der Verein bietet eine Beratungsstelle an. Die Beratungen sind kostenlos. Die Beratungsstelle hilft Arbeitslosen und Arbeitenden. Besonders Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund werden unterstützt. Die Beratungsstelle hilft bei sozialen und rechtlichen Fragen. Sie unterstützt auch Selbsthilfeprojekte und Gruppen.

Die Beratungsstelle beobachtet, was im Bereich Arbeit passiert. Dazu gehören Arbeitsrecht, Arbeitsmarktpolitik, Arbeitslosigkeit und Armut. Sie arbeitet eng mit anderen Gruppen, Organisationen und Behörden zusammen. Ihre Beobachtungen und Ideen bringt sie in Treffen mit anderen Institutionen und Behörden ein.

Financing

The organisation receives half of its money from foundations, churches and private individuals. A quarter of the money is for special projects. The remaining quarter comes from the government.
