Aernschd Born is the curator of the Swiss Nuclear-Free Documentation Centre. He was there as a young man in 1975 when the Kaiseraugst nuclear power plant was prevented by an eleven-week occupation. Using collected documents, he vividly and vividly describes experiences and anecdotes from over half a century of fighting against nuclear power.

As a fifteen-year-old, Jo Varsalona learnt about the ideas of the anti-nuclear activists at a peaceful protest march to Kaiseraugst. His affinity with the citizens' movement was cemented in the course of the social discourse, in particular thanks to their comprehensible arguments. The bans imposed at the time by the school management or warnings from his private environment failed to have the desired effect.

We met together at the long alder tree and were given a historical overview by Jo Varsalona as we walked together. After barbecuing together outside, we were given a guided tour of the Swiss Nuclear-Free Documentation Centre by Aernschd Born.
