Simply communal
The contact centre for the unemployed produces a very special product with a lot of heart and handiwork: Olive oil soaps produced by unemployed people, people affected by poverty and other interested parties. These soaps are not only a high-quality natural product, but also a sign of solidarity and support for people who find themselves in difficult life situations.
These soaps are based on pure organic olive oil from Monteforte in Cilento, a region in southern Italy known for its particularly high-quality olive oils. This olive oil is processed into a simple but effective natural soap by a group of people living in poverty in Basel - without any additives. Each soap is made with great care and craftsmanship, making each bar unique.
The special thing about these soaps is not only their quality, but also their social added value. All the proceeds from the sale of the soaps go to those in the group who need it most. This not only upholds an artisan tradition, but also provides important help for people in precarious situations. The soaps are not only a wonderful gift for the skin, but also a symbolic sign of the strength of the community. They symbolise the dedication, commitment and hope of the people who make them and the support of those who experience solidarity within the group.
Thank you very much for your generous support.
