... these are the German translations of the chapter title from the
classical book of Daoist wisdom (Zhuangzi).
The "Dao" (Tao) is often translated as "path", sometimes also as "trace". Carefree and effortless, we take our shared "path" on the Health Day as an opportunity to familiarise ourselves with the ancient Chinese philosophy of the Tao.
Taoism through stories, meditations and a few philosophical
thoughts and to examine which of them we can integrate into our modern-western
want to get involved in life.
